Christmas 2010

We host our Annual Family Party. Here we are with our 2 children, Tom and Elizabeth.

Kristopher is now with Uncle Timmy McGovern and our grandson, Joe.

We celebrate Elizabeth's birthday.

At the McGovern house, Patrick and Hannah make cookies.

Elizabeth looks up icing recipes, while Hannah gets ready to decorate the cookies.

Patrick cuts them out and Hannah decorates. (Elizabeth cooks them.)

On Christmas day, we go to Tom and Nancy's to open presents.

For Christmas, Tom gave Nancy this combo turntable, CD player, cassette player, radio and IPOD.

We then go to Jay and Elizabeth's house. Jay "models" the shirt we give him and Elizabeth laughs at the 2 "Snuggies" she gets to represent the "divided" household - with Jay, Elizabeth, John, Tim and Chelsea being Aggies and Patrick being a UT student.

We have had a wonderful Christmas and look forward to Tim and Chelsea, who will be in for New Years. We sure missed Andy, who stayed in New York.

The birth of Jesus is portrayed in the 3 pictures, as well as the Nativity Scene.

We celebrated Timmy's birthday on December 27th.

Dee made the delicious Trifle and they used the table candle for a birthday candle.

Timmy and Dee leave in the morning to go back home to Santa Fe. They stayed in their Rockport home over the holidays and we hope they will come back to stay!

Chelsea and Tim have arrived for the holidays!

Elizabeth and Jay have really hosted the McGoverns ... and ... furnshed the food! (Glad we're a McGovern in-law.)

We take the celebrations to the lake and the Petros come in from Austin. The weather is nice and we get to take a pontoon ride. Here are Deb and Elizabeth.

Chelsea and Tim also come in, Joe, Patrick and friends come and go - so we have the whole crew, except Andy, who remained in New York. Josh and Stephen take the bow, while Chelsea is on the middle seat.

Steve enjoys "shorts" weather.

We are blessed with this beautiful sunset. It doesn't get any better!

Jay and Tim come in after logging a good well. Since the Petros were also investors, it's a good way to end the year! Snoopy likes to stretch out on Tim's chest.

Elizabeth visits with Patrick, Deb with Chelsea and, of course, Baxter is in his favorite spot - Mama's lap.

John makes biscuits, while Deb and Chelsea enjoy morning coffee.
