Christmas 2005
Our Christmas parties usually begin with Elizabeth's birthday on December 22nd. Check out those pictures under Photos 2005 - Birthdays. On the 23rd, we hold our Annual Family Open House. Nancy gets so busy that she doesn't take any pictures! We did have almost 20 people though and a wonderful time.
On the 24th, we gather at Tom and Nancy Jeanne's house. Grandpa Tom is holding Kathryn (our great-granddaughter), next is Shawna (Nancy J.'s daughter and Kathryn's mom), Nancy J., Charlie (Shawna's husband and Kathryn's dad) and James, Nancy J.'s son.

Christmas day finds us Elizabeth and Jay's. John is sitting in his Christmas present, a chair from cousin Steve, and pets Baxter.
Elizabeth is thrilled to have Tim home from college. He's a Junior at Texas A & M. The pretty Christmas table is set and later we gobbled up the great food.
#1 Grandson, Tim, gets some A & M boxer shorts and matching shirt from Aunt Deb.
#2 Grandson, Andy, is a senior this year and headed for North Texas State University in the fall. Cousin Stevie can be seen behind the present.
#3 Grandson, Joe, shows off the tee shirt that Aunt Deb bought him. Cousin Josh is on the floor with his presents.
#4 Grandson, Patrick, takes a picture of Nanny (Nancy) with his new DVD camera while she takes his picture.
The warm day brought out casual clothes. Here are Jim (Cousin Deb's Dad), Jay, and Cousin Steve.
Joe and Andy thank Papa for the check each received as our usual Christmas present to the grandsons.
Elizabeth models her warm, blue coat that Papa picked out for Christmas. She will no longer freeze at Calallen or A & M football games! She gives son #5, Baxter, some "tender loving care".
We spend 4 days at the lake after Christmas and through New Years. Tim is with Nanny and Baxter. (Nanny and Papa had been to a party). The weather is so nice that Tim and Chelsea are in short sleeves on the pontoon boat.

Joe and his crew are shooting firecrackers. With a statewide fire band, aerial fireworks are bit allowed
Patrick decided to try his fishing luck and look what he got!
