Bakers visit in June
Katy (age 3), Jennifer, Uncle John, Aunt Nancy, Andrew, Wyatt (age 5 1/2)
We sure had fun at the beach.
Katy is big into digging in the sand.
Wyatt likes to rake the sand. Island House is shown in the background. Because of dredging of the Packery Channel, we were not able to be in front of the Condo. The next day we went to Mustang Island State Park. Wyatt practices surfing.
If the engineers had Wyatt and Katy and their digging equipment, the sand moving project would go MUCH faster.

Katy enjoys her friend fish at Snoopy's. She alternates with the lollipop that came in her kids meal.
We agree that Snoopy's is a MUST place to eat after a morning at the beach.
Andrew takes his new custom surf board to catch a wave near Bob Hall pier. Since this is "in front" of the water and sand replacement, he said that the water was crystal clear. So ... Corpus Christi lives up to it's title of the "Sparkling City by the Sea".
The family comes over for a hamburger/hotdog supper. Left to right are 1st row: Cousins Joe, Patrick (with Baxter), Wyatt, Katy, and Katherine. 2nd row are Aunt Nancy, Cousins Nancy Jean, Elizabeth and Tom with Mom Jennifer and Dad Andrew. 3rd row are Cousin Shawna and Uncle John (he's not the tallest this time as he leans over on the deck.)
Uncle John made a halter for Baxter because he kept slipping under the fence. Here Wyatt takes him for a walk.
Katy holds him. Baxter makes a hit no matter where he goes!
